MEMBER 152 writes: "Had a call from the ATO about the business category of a company. The conversation started about the call being recorded. No problem. The call then ended with the question if all the statements that I had made were correct? No problem in my case but if there was a fib there, what would you say? 'Yes, I have told an untruth'! This question should be asked at the beginning and not at the end of a conversation." ...
